Heavily focused on UX, I worked on several internal projects - some solo, and some with other members of the HCD (Human Center of Design) Team.The largest project I served as lead user experience researcher and UX/UI developer on an internal project which spanned 1.5 years and impacted more than 80K employees. The project was marked a huge success by leadership, and is still in use today. The project required conducting more than 70 user interviews, collaboration with IA and backend teams to ensure seamless integration, presentation of research and prototype designs to key stakeholders, A/B testing, and the complete UI design and development of the end product using HTML/JS/CSS/ASP.Other projects entailed building custom HTML/CSS/JS inside of Sharepoint sites, removing the default Sharepoint UI for something more "retail" and consumer-friendly.

Consulting services as a UI/UX Specialist (designer and developer). Over the past 20+ years, I have been challenged with meeting the needs of many roles—from a solo-developer and designer, to team lead; and from UX researcher, to IA strategist.To overcome the challenges, I've focused my skills on being cross-disciplined in development and design, with a focus on improving the user experience and journey. This mesh of skills allows me to understand both sides of product development (the creative and the technical), giving me better understanding to "see the big picture".
