Creating and implementing an under-penetrated accounts program for a $15B sales organization.

I manage EMC's worldwide Global Alliance with Cisco from a field engagement perspective.

I managed the sales relationship with one of EMC's largest technology resellers. I worked with the partner's executive team to build and execute a business plan for growing their business with EMC. I was also an evangelist in the field for the partner sales reps to help them drive EMC business.

I managed Rationals Software business in the Southwest which included Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and Southern Colorado. I was responsible for managing all sales and presales resources and growing their revenue in the territory.

I had overall responsibility for managing a $25M reseller business. This included the management of all sales and technical resources, as well as having responsibility for managing the relationships with various vendors such as Sun Microsystems, Oracle and Sybase.
