My career has focused on helping executives lead their organizations through change. I focus on building awareness, understanding and participation in large-scale change initiatives, and ensure that the leaders are creating the leverage to support the initiative, and then measure the entire initiative. McGraw-Hill published a book I wrote on this change management approach entitled "Manager's Guide to Navigating Change." A growing portion of my time in recent years has been using my passion for helping entrepreneurs establish and build enterprises. I currently mentor ventures on the Colgate University campus and previously at the University of Missouri - Kansas City. This work has led to several advising roles with revenue-producing ventures. And just to keep me even busier, I'm working on two real estate development projects.
