Part-time role whilst at Uni - I dealt with the whole recruitment cycle though by the time I'd been here for 6 months. Everything from sourcing jobs / candidates to qualification & reference checking. Arranging interviews & placing candidates. I realised that recruitment was going to be my career whilst here & upon completion of my degree I was offered a full time position in 1998.
