The Challenge is for secondary school students to create a company made up of teams of 4-6 students and plan and develop a trading business over a 5 month period. Students are required to demonstrate enterprise skills including teamwork, communication, problem solving, risk taking, sales and marketing together with financial and economic literacy. The Enterprise Challenge is open to schools in the Portsmouth and surrounding area. Participating schools will be allocated a Faith & Football Christian "Business Mentor" who will host business surgeries for team members imparting business principles and life skills. The programme and experience expands the horizons of young people helping to equip them for life after school. The prize for the winning team is a visit to India to see at first hand the work of Faith & Football in that country, a life changing experience.

Portsmouth Assessment & Mediation Service has existed for 19 years, taking a Restorative approach to resolving anti-social behaviour and neighbour difficulties in Portsmouth. The service is independent, impartial and non-judgemental, working with all Portsmouth residents whether they’re Council, housing association, private, owners, leaseholders or landlords.The Service has six highly skilled Assessment Officers tackling a myriad of issues including (but not limited to); noise, children, animals, harassment/intimidation, drugs, boundaries, rubbish, smells, parking and damage to property. Cases are best referred in the early stages of conflict.
