Selecting the right components and ensuring they play well together is what achieves the best end results.As I have moved through my careers (20 years in the USAF and now 20 years in the civilian sector) I have prided myself on being a responsive compassionate individual. As an owner of a Small Car Performance business I took quickly to ensuring my customers received the highest level of customer support as they entrusted me to tune their brand new automobiles. This was really an easy task as it is a trait that I have carried with me that was engrained in my military service.As I have turned to the senior years of my career I have engrained in those around me the importance of customer support and standing behind your commitments. My most important statement to those that I have mentored through the years is "The hardest thing to get is a customer and the easiest thing to lose is a customer". Take care of your customers and they will reward you with many years of business.Throughout the years I have served in many capacities in my Military and Civilian capacities. From a personal side I have been a Scout Master, President of multiple Car, Motorcycle, and Snowmobile racing organizations. These positions truly helped me understand the meaning of service to the people and through these relationships I created scholarship opportunities for troubled youths as well as doubling the size of a non-profit organization while lowering club members cost.
