Responsible for management of engineering and contractors for converting 1200 acre of raw land into 3200 lot retirement community with two golf courses. Scheduled the project, reviewed bid packages and make recommendations for award.

Responsible for project management of 50 million dollar, 1200 acre, site development for 1500 residential lots and 100 acre commercial construction for private owner. Scope of work included moving 15 million c.y. of earth, installing 55 miles of underground utilities, and all concrete and paving work for 47 miles of roads. Also included 150,000 sf of segmented retaining walls.Responsibilities included managing approximately 200 people, estimating, negotiation of change orders, scheduling, staffing key positions and ensure project was completed on schedule and on budget..Created a computerized billing system using Excel that tracked 1300 items which improved accuracy and saved 20% in billing costs.
