The Paul Fangman is an incorporated, non-profit organization providing mentorship and health education for our communities. The Foundation is a collaboration of health professionals and volunteers moving forward to develop the education programs and physical activities to encourage healthy lifestyles for kids in our communities. Further more we plan to extend grants to families in the Indianapolis area that have children battling Multiple Sclerosis.Mission Statement:The Paul Fangman Foundation will provide a fun, personal, and educational program to help our youth live a long, vibrant, and healthy life.
