I am passionate about technology and how it can be used to solve problems of all shapes and sizes. In 2014 I founded AgileTek Engineering with a mission to bring the latest advances in cloud computing and data science to the offshore energy industry. In addition to growing the core engineering consulting business, I led the development of a simulation data management platform and associated frameworks to allow efficient data pipelining in hybrid cloud environments. AgileTek became a wholly owned subsidiary of Tekmar Group plc when it floated on the London Stock Exchange in 2018. Soon after I was appointed Chief Technology Officer at Tekmar Group and I worked on a wide range of technology led initiatives including digitisation of manufacturing processes, assessment of potential M&A and group-wide information systems.I serve on the board of EngineeringUK as a trustee helpling the organisation achieve its goal of getting more young people and especially those from under-represented groups into engineering and technology careers.
