Built a complete product with only three engineers in eighteen months. Was the project manager for the world's first vectorizing Ada compiler, the Convex Vectorizing Ada compiler. Again he lead a small team of four engineers leveraging the work of the Fortran and C compilers. Convex was the first company to be able to run the entire Ada Validation suite in less than 24 hours. Most validations took at least three days of dedicated run time to run all the tests.
