As Senior Professional Services Consultant for Kadiri, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise compensation management software (and subsequently for Workstream, Inc. after their acquisition of Kadiri), directed the project teams that were responsible for implementation of Kadiri software for major customers including Cendant Corporation (parent company of Ramada Inn and Avis), Northern Trust in Chicago and Longs Drugs. Assignments involved all aspects of the project including account management, requirements gathering, developing and maintaining the project plan and budget, data mapping, technical assessments, integration with legacy systems, testing, deployment and support. At Cendant, their largest customer, inherited an unhappy client and a disorganized implementation process, clarified the SOW, reset customer expectations and successfully completed the project on schedule.
