I work seamlessly across all aspects of the firm and am responsible for formulating and driving the firm’s strategy, firm governance, streamlining operations, managing key stakeholder relationships, leading Directors and staff, and representing the firm publicly.I have instigated and successfully managed three mergers for the firm. From client growth, recruitment, leadership and development, amalgamations and profitability to the firm’s culture and brand, I have been intricately involved and responsible for the management of the Victoria firm.Passionate about the firm, its clients, and its people, I try to lead by example, and in so doing, create an environment that encourages participation and embraces new ideas and respect amongst team members and key stakeholders.
