Mergers & Acquisitions (Investment Banking Division)• Led the execution of live M&A transactions, worked directly with C-level executives, drove all facets of the deal structuring and processes.• Managed teams of analysts, working with various industry groups on executions and business development involving company valuations, divestments, LBOs, Equity and Debt financing.• Advised small to large size companies on corporate finance strategy across industries, including Technology, Consumer Products & Retail, Financial Institutions, and Industrials.• Advised Morgan Stanley Smith Barney on its sale of Quilter (2010 EBITDA of $25.2mm), its UK retail wealth management business, to the Private Equity firm Bridgepoint.

Investment Fund Department (InvestHedge Award for the 'Best Group of the Year', 2007)• Managed four funds ($3.4bn in assets under management), resulting in two nominations and one award for the ‘Best Hedge Fund Portfolio’.• Led all aspects of the due diligence and selection process of investment funds.• Led the creation of a Natural Resources fund: defined the product mandate, managed the process, structured the portfolio, organized the fundraising (raised $60mm).• Advised both private and institutional clients, engineered tailored portfolios, led investor meetings and client presentations.• Promoted Rothschild's investment funds to hundreds of clients and prospects globally.
