Provided critical intelligence capability to a key NATO ally during combat operations, and negotiated agreement for aircraft operations and basing leading to establishing a remote deployment base for aircraft and conducted airborne combat reconnaissance operations.

Defense subject matter expert to the Department of Homeland Security, leading to the creation of the National Response Plan. Team Leader providing systems analysis to the FAA, focusing on runway safety, traffic flow management, national airspace redesign, and high altitude operations.Voice Actor, providing voice over narration for corporate media.

Coordinated operations among U.S. Departments in Europe to provide inter-agency approaches to strategic challenges. Established the Threat Finance Exploitation Unit, to provide financial intelligence exploitation capabilities, working closely with international financial organizations, the Office of Foreign Assets Control, Financial Crimes Information Center, National Counter Terrorism Center, and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.

Mission Commander and Flight Instructor, leading aircrew in flight operations of EP-3E aircraft.Officer in Charge, Incirlik, Turkey, leading a 24-person aircrew through combat deployment. Recommended for Aviation Command and Accelerated Promotion. Upon completion of this assignment, I was sent to the Aviation Electronic Warfare School, in Whidbey Island, WA as the Electronic Reconnaissance Department Head, managing four work centers and 25 personnel, providing customized training for aircrew. Hand-picked to establish the Navy's Electronic Warfare Campus, incorporating an academic center and mission simulators, consolidating dispersed training sites, resulting in over $2 million in annual savings and a reduction in training time by three months, while more than doubling student throughput.
