It was a crazy time. Okay not crazy. Wait! Yes, it was crazy. Marketing changed. Traditional advertising wasn't cutting it anymore and digital was discovering itself. Paramore online marketing was leading the charge and I was fortunate to be in midst of it.I was looking for way to submerge myself in digital marketing knowledge and Hannah Paramore wanted to grow the business towards tourism. We struck a deal and it happened.

As President, we added stronger emphasis to research as a part of the branding process and created a Community Brand Supervisor process for effectively managing clients on a more personal level while still expanding our ability to grow business. The year prior to joining North Star the company never secured more than ten community branding clients a year. After my first full year as President we brought in twenty-five new communities as clients.In my short time of three years we worked on over 50 community branding projects in over 26 states. Not bad.
