Representative Experience:Construction:Steve has served as a mediator and represented general contractors, subcontractors and owners in all forms of litigation and alternative dispute resolution throughout the country, including matters involving guaranteed energy service contracts/performance contracts, bid disputes, construction defect claims, payment disputes, mechanic’s liens, delay and disruption disputes, payment and performance bonds, and cardinal change disputes. Steve has also assisted clients with transactional work, including contract drafting, review and negotiations. General Business and Commercial Litigation: Steve has represented clients in various banking and securities litigation (including FINRA arbitrations), foreclosure defense, shareholder disputes, public utilities litigation, and other general business and commercial litigation. Products Liability:Steve represents clients as part of a team of Statewide Counsel for a global diversified technology company in defense and risk management of products liability, asbestos and toxic tort matters. He also served on a team representing medical technology companies in individual, coordinated and consolidated product liability actions involving orthopedic products.Employment:Steve has represented clients and mediated cases involving wrongful terminations, non-compete clauses, ERISA claims, and various sales representative statutes.
