Too many marketing and communications companies miss the mark because they don’t understand technology at a fundamental level, so they fail to translate the genius of technology developers into tangible benefits for technology adopters – their decision-making buyers. After many years designing and marketing high-tech products as an engineer and marketing executive, I became frustrated that so many “stories of invention” were not being told in the way they deserved. I realized the technology market needed a PR agency that could truly understand and professionally communicate complex technologies to technical audiences. Armed with a BSEE, an MBA and a great deal of real world experience, I founded Rainier to help technology startups and established enterprises navigate the process of positioning, branding, messaging, launches and successful marketing of their technology products, services and companies.I’m particularly proud of the fact that over the years, Rainier has had a hand in creating wealth for the agency’s clients, generating nearly $10B in acquisitions and making lifelong friends along the way.
