PMO Lead for the INFINITI Retail Environment Design Initiative (IREDI) - Managed INFINITI's automotive retail program consisting of 210 Retailers across the US. Over my 7 years on the IREDI Program, I was involved with 160+ projects or 76% of the Retailer Network.PMO Team consisted of 6 dedicated full time staff members as well a the consult architects for the US Region. Responsible for profitability of the program, budgeting, invoicing, performance reviews. Personally managed high profile projects, daily coordination with INFINITI executives and frequent coordination with Global INFINITI Team in Hong Kong. Served on the Nashville BU Operations and Management Teams.

The core focus of the Director of Design and Collaboration was to identify opportunities and create new tools and processes to bridge the gaps between architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients. Led frequent training to Pre-Construction staff, VPs, Directors and PMs improving collaboration on both small and large scale projects and reshaped the culture of the business.Created template library of tools and processes to equip staff to improve consistency in project delivery.Advocated for and initiated the use of BIM in both the Pre-Construction and Construction Phases. BIM department developed into a BIM lab and became a tremendous asset for the company. Reviewed RFPs and advised on best approach relative to the use of BIM, Integrated Project Delivery and team transparency.Personally engaged with external project teams to monitor, test and continuously improve processes.

FGM is a 100+ person A/E firm headquartered in Chicago, IL. I revitalized and managed the K-12 education division for 3 or our 5 offices. Our K-12 education division generated 70-85% of our annual revenue for those 3 offices.
