I’m happiest when I’m building a team, deploying technology, and delivering value to customers, investors, employees, and the wider community.I began my entrepreneurial journey when I co-founded the Vadic Corporation, a pioneer in the development and introduction of remote computing producing some of the first low and medium speed modems. Vadic was sold to Racal Ltd., a UK listed electronics conglomerate.In 2013, I founded Chat 247 live, a messaging outsource provider. Chat 247 Live provides outsourced marketing, sales and support messaging capabilities for companies including Allstate Insurance, Property Management Inc, and Interim Healthcare representing thousands of use cases and millions of conversations.During the pandemic where remote work became entrenched, many Chat 247 Live subscribers asked us to supply technology talent. Our clients were looking for viable options when Silicon Valley software developers and other tech talent became extremely expensive and in short supply. They also asked us to see if we could make the sourcing and onboarding process, with time-consuming coding and soft skill, as well as cultural fit assessments, more efficient. GlobalPros.ai was born.In addition to numerous articles including a human resource study on ESOPs published by the US Joint Economic Committee, I recently authored “The Ultimate Guide to SMS for E-Commerce 2023, and human resource focused, “AI Recruiting Leads to Regulation and Litigation”.
