I recently returned from Tampa, Florida where I worked in a leadership capacity with Lennar, to my home in Phoenix, AZ where I will help Customers buy new Lennar homes throughout the Phoenix market area. Previously, I worked as a strategic leader and growth driver delivering results and value for Lennar, one of the nation's largest home builders. As the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Operations for Lennar in Tampa, Florida, I was responsible for generating more than $1.5 billion in annual revenue and overseeing more than 4,000 annual closings across multiple markets and product lines.I provided strategic leadership and direction to a team of over 100 Associates in Marketing, Internet Sales, Sales, Sales Administration, Closings, Mortgage, Title, Product Development, and Model Merchandising, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and excellence in all aspects of sales and marketing operations. I also participated in land acquisition by selecting the product, pricing, and market positioning for new communities, leveraging my expertise in sales forecasting, new business development, and process improvement.
