Sourcing of all Capital Investments to expand plant to produce the Next Generation High Speed Trains to replace Amtrak Acela fleet. Scope includes new 38,000 sq. ft. building, a 140' bridge, overhead catenary, and over 10,000 feet of track reconfiguration and expansion. Scope of my work also includes over 300 new production jigs and fixtures ranging from hand tools though train moving, lifting, and assembly fixtures and cranes. Total investment budget for this project exceeds $40 Million.

Leveraged SAP knowledge and Procurement expertise to facilitate smooth transitions from a variety of legacy systems to integrated SAP platform. • Managed data migration process which allowed for smooth transition to SAP platform• Developed and delivered comprehensive training for 10 to 15 employees at each plant location which prepared employees to use SAP effectively and efficiently.• Consistently delivered on-time training and data conversions which contributed to project completions on-time and under budget.

Managed indirect procurement and 24/7 storeroom for plant with 525 employees, generating $600 million in finished product annually. Directly accountable for over $15 million annual spend, and financial reporting for the Maintenance Department.• Spearheaded effort to internalize storeroom management functions from third party provider including recruiting and training personnel and establishing operating guidelines which delivered over $200K in annual cost savings.• Participated in strategic planning for preventive maintenance to ensure that proper parts and materials were available which resulted in optimizing maintenance activities and minimizing downtime.• Implemented process improvements that increased accuracy of inventory tracking to a level which facilitated corporate approval to forego complete physical inventories of storeroom inventory.

Implementation of SAP R3 in 9 manufacturing plants. led P2P module integration in 3 plants including training of all Buyers, requisitioners, and cost center owners in those facilities for life using SAP post go-live. Responsible for material data for procurement including PIRs, vendor data accuracy, and correct data in MM for procurement purposes.Coordinated P2P training and data migration with WM, PPPI, QM, and FI teams to ensure plant would operate seamlessly once live on SAP.
