As Senior Manager Supply Chain / Logistics, I led our E-commerce operations for B2C & B2B nationwide shipping business. - Compete channel analysis to help recommend and implement operational changes which helped improve EBITDA by roughly 1,700 bps - Carrier contract negotiations with both FedEx & UPS - Employed new inventory policies to reduce the risk of stockouts for B2C & B2B channels - Experienced in Shopify, ShipStation, Linnworks & NetSuite

- Analysis of the company's supply chain system to determine cost saving opportunities. Reported directly to the CFO and managed a complete distribution change, in house logistics to working with a foodservice distributor. Gathered all data necessary for an RFP - market density, drop size, complete product list with average inventory turnover by SKU for +100 unique products. - Built and managed a production model for weekly demand planning of +30 perishable SKUs. Taking into account upcoming marketing promotional impacts on product movement, seasonality on products, etc...- Helped manage product lifecycles for all items sold in stores. Measured product performance and contribution to gross profit to determine products to that needed to be phased out.- Created month end manufacturing labor reports to help measure KPIs for our production facilities. KPIs measured included: OT% vs. Production Volumes, Production efficienciesUnits / Man Hour, Labor $ / Oz produced, etc.

•Weekly oversight of all product inventory levels at distribution centers for U.S. stores. Oversight includes flagging of potential slow-moving items, re-forecasting product needs, and re-distribution ahead of shortages.•Main point of contact for 143 U.S. stores and Distributors for product inventory questions or issues, including but not limited to new product setup, missed orders.•Management of product forecasting on Limited Time Offerings (LTOs) for all U.S. units including by-store allocations. Worked with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to drive forecast inputs.•Ad-Hoc analysis and reporting for Supply Chain and Finance departments related to historical product usage and pricing levels. Provided on-going support to Director of Supply Chain and CFO during distribution change from twenty-two centers to seven to achieve cost efficiencies. •Monitor contracts with vendors to track pricing, volume discounts and expiration dates. This includes auditing prices invoiced to stores vs. contracted terms.

•Managed shifts at one of the highest performing stores in Southern California.
