Co-authored a large National Science Foundation (NSF) grant to study adaptive online learning, which will provide research into the efficacy and effect on society over time. IntellAdapt's adaptive learning technology is the next generation of personalized learning for millions of students without access, and I was proud to help steer the venture in a successful direction.

Pinnacle was recognized as a leader in educational consulting, Response to Intevention programs, tutoring and other out-of-school programs, as well as tutoring and test prep services. During my tenure, Pinnacle was on an exclusive approved list from the MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education as a "Partner for Title I Intervention." In 2011 and 2012, we were the second largest provider of supplemental service tutoring programs in Massachusetts and grew to revenues in the mid-seven figures. Developed and deployed "Math is a Slam Dunk," a summer and after-school program that combined math, art and basketball in an innovative intervention program for urban districts throughout Massachusetts.

Over 10,000 international students visited the greater Boston area as a result of these programs.
