Annual spend was $300 million in new construction, remodels and conversions, re-image, marketing and maintenance programs. Managed annual spend, savings, fees and incentive scorecards.• Developed and implemented initial control, authority and fee structure processes for east coast region increasing fee potential in year one.• Positioned and strengthened program management team to deliver 21 new sites in Florida and New York City over 24 month period, the most in any region.• Overhauled and centralized program financial reports to a national structure, eliminating redundancy and cost of the previous regional structure.• Co-created fee structure for re-image program generating company profits significantly above original projections.• Advocated and implemented “Incident and Injury Free” culture in construction program resulting in significant reductions to lost time injury rate and frequency.
