Advised the Commanding Officer for items related to unit administration, particularly the management of human resources and personnel matters for 1300 team members. Supervised 10 administrators. Submitted official reports and handled official correspondence.

Managed and created lessons for 5 seperate classes with 20 students. Implemented classroom management techniques to foster an environment of learning and respect. Successfully passed the edTPA certifiction. Managed multiple projects in a fast pace environment. Develop and implement assessments tailored to the indivudals level of skill and needs.

Provided expert guidance regarding admission into the homeless shelter. Implemented homeless shelter policy for over 1000 residents and advise guests on homeless shelter policy. Served as the facility’s expert point-of-contact regarding administrative functions of the homeless shelter. Articulated homeless shelter policy to over 100 guests during facility tours. Coordinated with outside agencies regarding tour scheduling and resident admittance.
