- Installed an international leadership team to align strategies and forge strong connections for Sales, Client Success, Marketing and Commercial Operations teams across geographies.
- Launched a disruptive identity strategy and a roadmap to instant screening solutions in UK and Australia.
- Led the successful integration of historic, previously stand-alone APAC acquisitions into the Sterling International team through people, process, and technology initiatives.
