During this first 17 years, I worked in practically every role at the machinery division, the last 9 as VP / GM of our Hyster forklift division.     At CLM I managed all day to day operations which included sales, service, parts, rentals and strategic planning. The economy crashed, so I followed my dream and passion.During my tenure I successfully created and developed direct marketing collateral, formed partnerships with vendor groups and worked with a marketing co-op company to develop aftermarket sales initiatives to increase parts and service sales. This included developing and managing an 8 component direct marketing campaign.I was directly responsible for leading process restructuring and changes that involved business system evaluation and training on a variety of sales processes, including quotations and an inventory management improvement program. I led a company-wide leasing, rental fleet, warranty, ordering and procurement, customer service and reporting program.
