Working primarily with the Windows platform, Oracle, and Visual Basic, participated with project teams that maintained and generated multi-tiered document scanning solutions for the following organization:Title: Data Capture System (DCS)Client: Merrill Corporation (Cleveland, Ohio)Description: Merrill Corporation performs data capture for both printed and electronic documents for clients with an excess of a million pages. These processed documents are stored and accessed via litigation and other clients that require a data site repository. An administration component had been returned from an offshore coding unit. This component along with other modules comprising the DCS suite was in urgent need to havefunctionality repaired/implemented along with additional requirements implemented.The notable features of the application are:· To emulate the look and feel of the existing client GUI into the Administration module.· The ability of importing and exporting CSV, TAB files generated by the floor managers for new DataSites.· Ability to use plug-ins for the data export and import executables.

This required a redesign of the Fuels Pricing application for their North American retail gasoline, and diesel oil sales. Following the deployment of the new Central Pricing system, employment continued in the capacity of enhancement and support of the over one hundred screen pricing system.The notablefeatures of the application are:• The ability to change prices in real time for each of the channels of trade.• Integration with the ISP ERP environment.• The ability for the company owned competitor surveys to be collected by VRU. • Having the co-op manager able to set their prices based on the competition several times daily.• Plan forecasting for Supply and Logistics.• Formula based pricing.• Link and spread based pricing across channels of trade.• The ability to perform global price changes.• The ability to take orders in real time, with the potential of offering temporary competitive allowances.• Having the option of having dealer prices calculated by using geographical coop zones.• Sending customers of the wholesale channel of trade DTN price blocks.
