As the Central Production Manager I manage the flow of product into three Eastern Washington Goodwill locations whether it be by donation or request from corporate. I assign my staff in daily activities to maximize the sorting, routing, pricing, and delivery to the stores as well as the sorting of unwanted or unneeded items to other stores. I am responsible to ensure my staff achieve their daily and weekly production goals through a collaborative team approach ensuring maximum output while maintaining a positive work environment. I assume Manager duties in the absence of the store manager coordinating the entire front end retail and the back end production work together to make our store successful. Serving in this capacity I am responsible for payroll, hiring, cash handling, schedules, P&L planning and numerous other activities.
