We take pride in providing the best-quality durable medical equipment and most reliable 24hr service in the industry. This focus has allowed HMP to grow to become the largest provider of DME to the Hospice and LTC communities in both Kansas City and Tulsa. Headquartered in Blue Springs, MO, and employing 50 people with branches in St. Joseph, MO, and in Tulsa, OK, my role as Director involved responsibility and strategy for all aspects of day-to-day operations and sales performance.

My oversight extends to 12 centers covering 5 states throughout the Central Region of the US with an annual budget of $60M.

Since 1976, Hair Club has been the nation’s leading provider of comprehensive hair replacement services for men, women, and children with combined franchise and corporate locations numbering 98.Promoted to Vice President and member of Executive Commitee in 2006, directly overseeing one-fourth of the company and reporting to CEO. Held full day-to-day leadership, analysis, and performance responsibility for stores spanning the central core of the United States. This included successful management of 22 direct reports, physicians and medical staff, over 120 employees, 6000 clients, and 17 independent locations. During my tenure as VP, and through the efforts of my remarkable assembled team, revenues for my region grew 33%, from $24 million to over $32 million, and new business acquisition as well as client retention climbed to #1 in the company.

In 1999, earned Manager of The Year title; in 2001, was awarded #1 in Customer Service nationwide.
