During his contract with us, Steve went above an beyond to increase our footprint for video content for an educator audience. Before Steve arrived we had a few videos that performed poorly and lacked vision. These videos resided on our self-help (support.office.com/education) site and had very few views. Steve's work pushed us to increase the quality of these videos and expand to YouTube playlists and establish a Twitter presence. Videos that Steve produced for our self-help site increased our standards of quality and exploded our footprint in views. Since his involvement, plays on increased over 25k views. 64% of those views were played over 75% and 57% of these views were played over 95%. Both of these stats are over 10% the Microsoft average across departments. Steve's YouTube efforts saw us decrease the length of our videos in an effort to adhere to concision principles of "how to" content. His efforts have seen our content become accessible to educators during our engagement tours. The movement that he made within our Twitter domain became some of our most popular content to date with some videos eclipsing a thousand views in a day.
