Specialized in high end and complicated Simpl Windows/Simpl+ programming projects and re-designs. Part of specialized Digital Media team that provided expert level support that involved system commissioning, implementation and servicing. Supported large multi-million dollar commercial systems, multi-room college/university systems and high end residential systems. Reviewed system drawings for large Digital Media systems with Sales Support to insure proper designs were implemented.

Team leader and programmer for specialized projects related to systems designed by large NY based consulting firm. Reviewed and determined programming costs for projects. Designed template system for 9 person team to streamline system implementation that covered 80% of projects. Personally managed and programmed for all systems installed at multi-million dollar banking firm.

Provided technical guidance to customer phone support team. Worked with individual dealers for specialized training when converting to Crestron from other manufacturers. Assisted in development of Crestron Institute curriculum for both Essentials Crestron Programming and Intermediate Crestron Programming. Instructor for Crestron Essentials and Intermediate programming classes in Crestron South, Midwest, West and Corporate offices. Part of Crestron “Strike Force” team designed to support and train specific dealers around the country. Assigned to multiple dealers in south-east region assisting with any design questions, programming training/assistance and any onsite support needed.

Primary duties involved programming for projects assigned from corporate office and working with dealer to deploy and test final installation.

Started as lead install technician for large stadiums, convention centers and corporate conference rooms. Moved into roll of project manager overseeing installations and final commissioning. This migrated into position as project engineer where primary duties were to develop AutoCAD drawings based off of design build and/or consultant spec systems and Crestron programming.
