Provides technical thought leadership to AT&T’s Wisconsin Signature Clients. Connects these clients to AT&T’s vast pool of innovation and research resources. Identifies opportunities for efficiency improvements and more effective alignment with organizations goals. Provides additional perspective in clients’ strategic decisions and reviews clients’ technology roadmaps or assists in their development. Provides insight into industry research across a broad range of technologies (conceptual to specific, disruptive to sustaining innovations.)

Lean IT helps clients do more with less by streamlining operations, and providing financial insight into how changes improve bottom line results. Lean IT embraces the lean principles (the business performance improvement tools designed to improve quality, cost and delivery) and applies it to IT.

- As a Platform Architect and Telecommunications Manager managed a $7M expense budget for wired and wireless services, including carrier relationships. Created the strategy, business case, and delivered the Cisco VoIP rollout and conversion of the legacy PBX infrastructure (7,000 phones across 13 sites in North America in less than 5 months. Included contact center agents in 11 different contact centers.) Managed the computer telephony integration to CRM packages (ePiphany, Witness, and NICE.) Designed and led enterprise projects (included 7,000 seat rollout of Exchange, Office and desktop OS upgrades.) Designed and led LAN/WAN replacement (implemented tiered design for 100’s of Cisco Catalyst 6500’s, and Cisco 4200 routers across the enterprise, including Network Access Control).- As the Network Lead for the corporate data center was responsibile for the uptime, proactive and reactive maintenance of Windows and Novell Servers. Developed service level agreements with business and managed it through monitoring and management software.- As HOG Rally Network Specialist provided primary IT support for Harley Owners Group (HOG) Events. Responsible for coordination, delivery, setup/teardown, maintenance and management of hardware, software, data and network connectivity before, during and after multiple HOG events nationwide each year

Responsible for Teknokron InfoSwitch ACD, Call Center scripts, inbound 800 service, call monitoring/recording. Also setup first LAN/WAN system between Sidney and Kearney, NE.
