Having been in the staffing business now for over 30 years, my objectives have largely remained the same: To match good people with good companies. That sounds simple enough but it has taken experiences with people and companies from all “walks of life” to get to the place that I am at today. With a focus primarily in Southeastern Wisconsin, I have had the opportunity to meet and work with many wonderful people over that time and have been able to be an important part of many successful careers. On the candidate side, I strive to provide others with either a job or the tools necessary to assist them in achieving their career goals. I am passionate about helping people discover their potential and watching them succeed in life.On the client side, I have gained a reputation for filling positions, not necessarily in volume but more with quality in mind. I would rather not fill a position than simply shuffle a stack of resumes to my client with the hopes of getting the deal closed and regretting the lack of due diligence later.All told, I have one of the greatest jobs in the world!
