I’m an accomplished professional with extensive experience at the intersection of risk, claims, and insurance management.As an attorney, I was able to pivot my career and leverage my legal expertise towards making valuable contributions in the areas of risk identification and management strategy, claims resolution, and regulatory compliance. I joined construction company Atlantic Infra in 2016 and became the Claims & Risk Manager, managing the full scope of claims processes with an eye towards accuracy and efficiency; I was able to reduce the company’s liability exposure by 28%, mitigate future losses, and effectively resolve $2.5M in General Liability claims.In recognition of my achievements and having proven my ability to lead in this field, in 2021 I was promoted to the role of Director of Risk Management, deploying my risk management expertise across the high-level oversight of areas including workplace injuries and management, corrective action planning, risk analysis, and continuous improvement through optimized processes and systems.
