Since 2014, I've coordinated social media initiatives at Relativity (formerly kCura), developers of software to help users organize data, discover the truth, and act on it. This includes social media strategy and measurement, encompassing marketing, recruitment, and thought leadership messaging across platforms for the 1,500+ person global organization. I'm also accountable for boosting the social reach of our brand advocates, while benchmarking social recruiting efforts.As the community manager for the Relativity Community, my team accelerates the growth of thousands of Relativity users and their organizations with the connections and resources they need to be successful. This customer-facing platform engages members to ask questions, grow their knowledge, share best practices, propose feature enhancements, and develop innovative solutions for e-discovery and beyond.

With the global pandemic prompting a shift to remote work, I voluntarily host a biweekly gathering to read vintage Choose Your Own Adventure and other gamebooks as a way to maintain community. My coworkers & I have read close to 200 books together during these 15-minute Zoom sessions, with each participant voting on where the story goes next. Also featured during Relativity Fest as a virtual networking opportunity for attendees.

Originally launched as a niche community-building experiment to test emerging social media networks, it's grown into a submission-driven platform powered by nostalgia and brand affinity, leveraging photos to trigger positive vacation memories for visitors. Yes, it does sound silly.

Created one of the Internet's leading destinations for non-alcoholic beverage reviews and updates, recognized by National Public Radio, The New York Times, and Los Angeles Times. Through this passion for exploring drinks, I connected with industry leaders at trade events, including shows for the National Restaurant Association and National Association of Convenience Stores. This allowed me to nurture a growing online community of beverage enthusiasts though select social media channels, facilitating successful marketing partnerships with leading brands to build awareness and loyalty.

Served as Web Producer for the daily operation of a subscriber-based, non-profit Internet destination that serviced thousands of members. The role involved maintaining, installing, and operating props, sets, and other production equipment. Collaborated on lighting and script preparation for newscasts, shot segments and promos for air, and handled video cueing during newscasts. Maintained the professional appearance of the studio and sets, supported on-screen talent, and assisted directors as needed through the evening cycle of three nightly news broadcasts, emergency weather updates, and the dynamic demands of the broadcast industry.
