After a successful pilot, I partnered with our operations team to implement a process to create them for every customer every month. This has been the standard data tool for our enterprise accounts for the last two years.Checks for Understanding Activity SuiteI identified a shift in customer needs during the return to in-person instruction and took action. I collaborated with our content/PD team to create a full suite of activities and supporting collateral/videos to re-engage tech-weary teachers. These resources are now featured in our community library and are being integrated into our company-wide teacher on-boarding training.Sales and Account Strategy Training/CoachingI created and delivered a sales training program for new CSM’s with universally positive feedback. I also provided one on one at-risk account strategy/sales coaching to enterprise team members. Several accounts were saved with my guidance and their hard work.

Over these two years, I worked with schools and districts all over the world to learn about their needs to best scope and establish a partnership. Most recently, I worked with Districts in the North East United States.

The Bay Area and most urban centers are experiencing an acute housing crisis. To attempt to do my part, I spent eight months exploring the opportunity to develop a new model for funding and maintaining affordable housing. In that time, I met with countless experts in affordable housing management, housing policy, for-profit real estate investing, financial planning, community and real estate law, and community organizers to validate the feasibility of my approach. After some promising early work, I was ultimately not successful in raising enough early funds to test these approaches in the expensive Bay Area real estate market. If you are working in the affordable housing or social enterprise space, I would be happy to chat further about my experiences and what I learned. There is still so much work to do.

After years of education data strategy consulting, I know that each district has unique history, challenges and most importantly - vision for the future. I started as a data analyst at FOCUS, building transparency dashboards and crunching data to help policy makers use data to drive education policy in the District of Columbia. After a year and a half building skills "​in the data cage,"​ I spent the next three years building a non-profit data consulting practice for school leaders, board members, education support organizations. We worked with LEA's and non-profits on strategy, software selection, staffing and complex data analysis.
