Adaptive Senior Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics with 20+ years experience focusing on helping companies get immense value from internal & external data.My first job out of college was taking 1-800 Roadside calls for SAAB. Trying to figure out where people were located before Google maps and GPS was a challenge. That experience led me to see the massive possibilities and uses for data (as well as a good degree of understanding for people on the side of the road). Since then, I have played key roles in helping companies (Dow (Accenture), Johnson Controls, Adient, Yellow) use data for competitive advantage, operational efficiency, and customer experience. Whether it is a simple operational report or a perfectly orchestrated system with photo capture, AI, and alerting, Data and Analytics is an asset to help the business be more effective. I have partnered with business leaders to collaborate on strategy, continuous improvement, process, and operational excellence throughout my career. I have led and contributed to numerous programs including Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Privacy, Data Warehousing, IoT, Big Data, Visualization, and Data Science. When needed, I have also led other IT functions including Enterprise Integration, HFM, Manufacturing Execution Systems, and Vendor Management.When it comes to management, I enjoy designing the organization, recruiting the team members, growing their skills, and helping them reach their potential.
