I have been lucky enough in my career to have had opportunity to be an active member of the project development team on many $10M+ projects involving major complexities and challenges. I've been able to work with some of the best architects and developers in the nation and have enjoyed working on many of the toughest, highest profile projects in North Carolina. I've also had the fortune to have worked in several different companies (of all sizes) in the land development industry, allowing me to pull from this experience the "right way" to conduct business and to serve our clients.My personal focus is to continue to provide the absolute best client service in the industry - always understanding that it is my privilege (not right) to get to work on the projects I am involved in.Specialties: Project Team Coordination on major construction projects involving many disciplines and stakeholders. Exceptional relationships with permitting/regulatory agencies. Focus and experience with sustainable design, including LEED Certification (15+ projects), Low Impact Design, and Exception Design criteria (local municipality criteria).
