- Responsibilities: introduce, develop and grow sales of innovative new product portfolio BD Nexiva™ across Europe - Major achievements: successful introduction of BD Nexiva™ on the European market applying Change Management tactics; development and execution of EU Marketing Plan, management of demand, forecast, supply, regulatory requirements, KOL engagement, organization of local train-the-trainer concept sell sessions, development of collateral materials, coordination of local launch events; achieved objective of 7MM$ sales revenue in FY07

- Responsibilities: manage P&L and marketing activities in Benelux of Medical Systems business; lead marketing and clinical team of 7 people - Major achievements: grow sales and GP through value added clinical programs, successful launch of safety devices through various initiatives (Safety symposia across Benelux, organization of Safety Day at Belgian Parliament, implementation of EPINet program in 80 hospitals in Belgium, member of scientific steering committee of the Scientific Institute of Public Health (WIV) and Safety working group of UNAMEC)
