Responsible for both the Marketing Automation (Unica) and Customer Analytics (Tealeaf) businesses and teams in Europe

Responsible for the Professional Services business for two sub brands of Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) for Europe. Role encompassing responsibility for revenue, profit and project delivery for Unica and Coremetrics within IBM.

Responsible for managing the Services business for UK & Ireland, DACH and Nordics for Unica Professional Services and subsequently Enterprise Marketing Management Services team within IBM following their acquisition of Unica Corporation.Management of a team of 15 full time consultants based in UK and Germany and a similar number of contractors and business.

Mobile (Handheld) Device Application Developer, specialising in Mobile Sales integrating mobile device applications with customers SFA solutions. Worked on both the first Mobile SFA and the first UK, Mobile SFA implementations. User Interface design and development of bespoke mobile/handheld device applications for Enterprise clients. Produced.

Developed web based content and applications for mobile devices for AvantGo Content Partners. Provided sales support for Business Development and technical support for AvantGo Content Partners.

Web and Wireless Technologies Specialist. Including R & D with third party products, consultancy on web applications, and integration of products with customers existing internet/intranet sites. Responsible for developing relationships with technology partners.Developed both the company Internet and Intranet sites and the companies Enterprise Information.

Worked in a Professional Services consultancy role with Web, OLAP, OLTP and Middleware products. Worked in at Roche Vitamins in Switzerland for 12 months developing web based sales reporting system for SAP.

Worked predominantly with Client/Server technologies, including logistics applications for Frigoscandia. Other clients included Lloyds Bank and Cox Insurance.

Managed a team of programmers, including training, work scheduling and recruiting. Also gained Project Management experience.

Designed and developed the Bank’s automated Global Corporate Borrowing Review reporting system.

Produced Financial Reports from the Banks Global Corporate Information System.
