I built the initial demo (A/V and administrative functions), and then leveraged our funding from the NIH to build the team including on-shore and near-shore developers and testers. We delivered a successful MVP within 6 months capable of conducting, scheduling, and administrating classes, participant onboarding, supporting research needs, and conducting health plan and home health pilots. The MVP was instrumental in obtaining the next round of seed investment from Redesign Health.Defined foundation and roadmap for HITRUST security compliance, including policies, procedures, technical controls, and MDM, that won the confidence of health plans and providers.

We build customized portals for Health Plans in the US, and one in Ireland, with an emphasis on customization and integration with the client's own portal.
