For BCTI, managed numerous projects that included the design, implementation, and management of complex Cisco installations and migrations. I also supported multiple customers’ networks on an ongoing basis. Provided full support for Ntara’s IT infrastructure. Managed a Windows 2003 Active Directory domain including servers running Windows Server 2003/2000 and Fedora Linux. Responsibilities included systems administration, SQL Server and MySQL database administration, Exchange administration, disaster recovery, security, and support of hardware, network, etc.

Supported the IPRC in database administration, design, and development, systems administration, website development/maintenance, and user support. Designed and developed SQL Server databases and ASP.Net web applications for some of the programs managed by the IPRC.
