I had the opportunity to lead the development and customization of our digital learning platform, extending its reach across multiple countries of operation, including Burundi, DRC, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, and Uganda with over 3,000 registered health workers. I was responsible for training and providing technical support to LN Staff and health workers, equipping them with the skills to effectively utilize the platform. Additionally, generating reports and dashboards, providing invaluable insights for informed decision-making and reporting purposes.
