My primary practice focuses on providing detailed, personalized and aggressive criminal defense representation against all manner of misdemeanor and felony charges. These include charges for DUI, robbery, assault, domestic violence, credit card fraud, sex-related offenses, drug-related offenses, weapons-related offenses, gang allegations and many others. As a smaller part of my practice, I also handle a limited number of civil matters where I draw on my experience in cases ranging from individual discrimination to complex business disputes.

Represented individual and corporate clients for this elite international law firm. Served as chairman of the Los Angeles office Pro Bono and Community Service Committee.

Represented clients at every step of the legal process for this high-end trial firm. Served as co-coordinator of the firm’s trial training program. Drafted a United States Supreme Court amicus brief in support of the petitioner in Hamdan v. Rumsfeld, challenging the United States government’s authority to impose military tribunals for the trials of detainees at Guantanamo Bay.

Represented clients in matters including employment discrimination and wage and labor disputes, breach of contract, fraud, and unfair business practices.
