Associate Sales Manager
CurrentAssociate Sales Manager for a Fortune 100 Company. A dual role where you are on Sales Quota individually, and have a team of 2-3 individuals that rolls up to your total Sales Quota.Duties include but are not limited to the following.*Assist the manager in developing a business strategy that will help in achieving the sales targets outlined by the company*Implementing effective plans that will help team members to improve the sales figures*Coming up with innovative techniques of selling to penetrate the market to increase the sales of the stabilized products as well as create a market for the newly launched products*Communication with the team members to understand their issues and resolve them. Trying to effectively to tap into each team members strengths and motivate them to improve on their weak points by providing the necessary training*Providing appropriate feedback to the sales manager regarding the performance of his members*Actively involved in recruiting and training the new sales professionals
