I am passionate about delivering commercial insights and practical solutions that enhance the performance and sustainability of the transportation sector. As currently a Director with Steer, I provide management consulting, financial advisory, and policy/regulatory services to the aviation and airport industry. My current projects include strategic planning, organization and workforce analyses, acquisitions and debt raising, business planning and forecasting, regulatory and policy work, federally sponsored research, local governance reform, and air service development. I also serve an expert advisor to NATO's transportation group, was a past member of the FAA Management Advisory Council, and have taught as a professor and guest lecturer for the last 30 years.
