Working as part of the front-end team building the web application from scratch. The project is a support and resource app aimed at young people looking for help with mental health issues. A full-stack software developer role, volunteering with the Scottish SPCA. Taking an existing codebase, adding specific functionality to expand their digital animal information tool that can be shared with members of the public to help increase responsible pet ownership and avoid unintentional cruelty towards animals. Working collaboratively, this six-week group project was delivered completed remotely due to the 'National Lock-Down' using the technologies available.
