I have been practicing and teaching meditation for 20 years, and have a particular interest in how participants fare once they have have completed courses in mindfulness/meditation. If there is a common theme in measuring success, it is linked to application. In other words, keeping up with your practice is the key.Engagement in the practice is paramount; only then do the benefits reveal themselves. Mindfulness/meditation cannot be underestimated. It is a living tradition that draws on what it is to be human, promoting physical, emotional and physiological well being. Advancement in scientific methods and research continues to prove and reinforce this to be the case.We translate this tradition to a modern audience. My motivation stems from a desire to see my students embed practice in order to have the benefits accompany them beyond the course and into their everyday lives.Courses are created for individuals and teams -positively impacting culture in organisational settings.They are designed to have a positive impact on well being and mental health, maximising conditions for performance and promoting resilience. My background as a scientist, actor, producer, and energetic healer inform my practice and teaching, and led me to create the methodology I share with you now.We use film and story as techniques to help you engage in a long established practice.
