My mission in all my endeavors is to serve, mentor, and inspire others on their own journey to excellence. As an Executive Coach, Business Strategist and Chapter President, I serve, mentor and inspire senior executives/business owners and their management teams to grow, develop, and enhance their knowledge and experience by learning the principles of servant leadership while providing the tools, resources, and accountability that support the quest for excellence and achievement in a profitable way. These faith based peer-advisory groups consist of 15 members who have the influence and impact on over 1K employees and clients in the state. We meet monthly for 4 hours in a confidential forum that provides my members with discussion, counsel, and debate with like-minded peers that enhances their leadership strengths, knowledge, skills, and competencies through the lens of a biblical worldview. They leave these meetings with communications, strategies, tools, resources, and accountability that they can apply directly to their team’s needs and organizational goals. I work with business leaders and management teams of small to mid-size businesses in various industries, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical advertising, health care, retail, manufacturing, sales, distribution, construction, IT, trades, franchises, and more.
